**Reflection***This was one of the toughest classes I have taken. Like many students, I struggled with many of the concepts and had to take the class three times to pass. One of the classes, I had a teacher that spoke English as a second language, as he was from Pakistan. I was unable to understand much of what he was teaching, both because of his thick accent and the concepts were so new and foreign to me. My third time taking the class was better because I focused and was determined to complete the class. I studied every night, sometimes working on problems until quite late into the evening. I learned an important lesson that has helped me in many instances since: No matter how difficult something may seem, as I put forth the effort to understand the concepts and focus on accomplishing my goals, I can achieve them.*
