Reflection:
This was my first exposure to Physics and I really enjoyed it. I found that physics is the basis of all other sciences and is very useful and is a part of everyday life. I enjoyed the teacher, because he taught some difficult material in a way that was understandable. I especially liked the demonstrations he shared in class, as these made the information “come alive.” The term paper turned into a great opportunity for me to read about, understand and detail the life of one of the brilliant minds in history, Galileo Galilei. I knew little about his life, though I knew of his contributions to the sciences and that he has been referred to as the father of modern sciences. I was particularly interested in his early life and family life and found it interesting that he worked with his father to make great contributions to music theory and practice. This was one of the first research papers I had completed in many years and it helped me understand the process, again, of the process of research and time it takes to create a great paper.
